So your Heirloom of the Heart stays beautiful for years to come.

Every one of our products is made especially for you. With a few simple habits, the colours and designs will stay with you for many years.

1.- Before washing:

Turn your garment inside out and use a laundry bag if you like. This protects the design from friction inside the machine and keeps it looking beautiful for longer.

Use a mild detergent rather than a universal one. Universal detergents contain bleaching agents that damage not only your design but also the colour of your clothing.

2.- How to wash it properly:

Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Modern detergents clean reliably from 30 degrees. That protects your design, is kinder to the environment and saves you energy costs.

Skip the fabric softener. It settles over the fibres like a film and dulls prints over time.

Let your favourite pieces air dry. The tumble dryer is hard on both fabric and design, and on the environment too.

Never iron directly over the print. Turn the item inside out, place a thin cloth over it and iron at a low temperature.

3.- Mugs and thermal mugs:

Hand washing is the gentlest option. Use a soft cloth, no scouring agents and no abrasive sponges. Not microwave safe. Thermal mugs must always be washed by hand.

4.- Posters and canvases:

Protect your designs from direct sunlight so the colours keep their brilliance. Remove dust carefully with a dry, soft cloth. Please avoid damp cleaners and chemicals.

5.- Bags:

Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees, never iron directly over the print, and let them air dry.

Keyrings and accessories

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and rub dry. Please do not soak them.
