For orders with a delivery address in the USA, returns and exchanges are excluded.
Our personalized products are made to your individual specifications with names, photos, texts or dedications. They are created exclusively for you and carry your very personal touch. So that everything turns out exactly as you wish, please check your details carefully before placing your order.
If your Heirloom of the Heart arrives damaged, has a production defect or does not match your order, please contact us right away at service@familienherzensliebling.com with your order number and clear photos. We review every case carefully and will find a solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Shipping
Your Heirlooms of the Heart are made to order just for you. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then your parcel is on its way.
All US orders are printed and shipped within the USA and delivered by UPS. Total delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days including production.
You can see the exact shipping costs in your cart before you complete your order. You will find all details in our shipping policy.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.
Express shipping is currently not available. During periods of high demand, for example before Christmas, delivery times may be longer. All delivery times stated are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
Care Instructions
Your Heirloom of the Heart is made with love and deserves the right care so that the design and colors stay beautiful for a long time.
-Clothing and bags:
Turn your Heirloom of the Heart inside out before washing so the print is on the inside and protected. Wash it at a maximum of 30 °C (86 °F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild detergent without bleach and avoid fabric softener. Let it air dry and avoid the tumble dryer. Iron it only inside out and at a low temperature, never directly over the design. Please do not dry clean.
-Mugs, glasses and tumblers:
Hand wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.
