Shipping policy

All prices include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.

1. Shipping costs and delivery times:

– Germany: 7.99 EUR, delivery time 5 to 10 business days

– Austria and Spain: 12.00 EUR, delivery time 6 to 10 business days

– Switzerland: 14.00 CHF, delivery time 6 to 10 business days

– USA: 14.90 to 26.00 USD depending on order value, delivery time 5 to 10 business days

You will see the exact shipping costs for your order in your cart before you complete your order. If your order contains several items, the amount may increase.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance are beyond our control.

2. Processing time:

Your Heirlooms of the Heart are made to order just for you. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days and is already included in the delivery times stated.

The delivery time begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it ends on the next business day.

We do not offer express shipping. During periods of high demand, such as before Christmas, delivery times may be longer.

3. Production and shipping locations:

We produce as close to your delivery address as possible, so your Heirloom of the Heart reaches you quickly. Orders from Germany and the European Union are usually made within the European Union, and orders from the USA usually directly in the USA. In individual cases, a product may be shipped from another country.

4. Shipping providers:

Shipping is handled by different providers depending on the destination country. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

5. Partial deliveries:

With orders containing several items, they may reach you in separate shipments. This does not incur any additional costs for you.

6. Customs duties and import charges:

If your order is made and shipped within your country or your economic area, no customs duties or import charges apply. This is the case for most orders.

If a product is shipped from a different economic area, for example for deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are paid by the recipient.
